When asked to explain why he was the first person to follow the account shortly after it was created, Mike had prepared an explanation.

He claimed his friend sent him a link to the fan account she created, and he felt obligated out of politeness to “follow back”.

“I wanted to see what people were saying,” he added, before admitting that the fan page finally turned on her after she “became a cesspool of trolling.”

The account has since been deleted.
