An Animal Crossing: New Horizons fan shares a piece of concept art he drew that shows what the beagle villager would look like as a human.
The animal crossing The series has introduced a number of villagers that players can encounter since its inception. Each entry in the franchise adds new animals that will visit and reside in player towns, all of which speak the unique animal language. animal crossing has a number of NPCs to meet who all have their own unique look and personality.
One of the villagers players can encounter is Bea, a beagle who wears a green, white, and orange dress. It was introduced in the first animal crossing upcoming game in the US, and also appeared in new sheet and New Horizons. An artist decided to imagine what Bea would look like as a human being, adding a bit of her own style to the artwork.
An artist known as Zemmyvox shared the artwork they drew animal crossing‘s Bea in human form. The Redditor gave the human form of the beagle with dark brown hair, matching the original’s ears. Her freckles were also retained, although the artist changed her eyes from black to golden brown, which better matched her hair. Zemmyvox changed the villagers’ dress to a shirt with the same pattern and added beige pants with a denim jacket. The artist also added jewelry to the human form look, giving her earrings to match the shirt she wears with a gold choker and chain with a heart-shaped pendant.
The piece received a lot of positive attention on Reddit. Many users find the art cute, with one mentioning that Bea is a permanent fixture on their island. One commenter said they would have imagined a human Bea having more beagle-like eyes, but they appreciate Zemmyvox’s work. The piece the Redditor came up with is incredibly cute and a creative way to see one of the villagers from animal crossing.
Zemmyvox isn’t the only one who drew a villager as a human. A Redditor by the name of ZoeyKing_ drew Animal Crossing bunny villager Coco as a human, and the results are pretty scary. ZoeyKing_ was able to keep Coco’s dark skin, shirt and dress, but left her eyes and mouth sunken. While Coco strikes a cute pose, the darkness seen in the bunny’s eyes is still a bit creepy. It’s yet another creative way to see a villager, though Coco’s art is a bit spooky rather than outright cute.
