Erika Jayne was embroiled in a messy feud with a fan page after she shared a photo of herself, Lisa Rinaand Robyn Dixon on Instagram on Sunday and compared them to the Pink Ladies of Fat.
After the The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills the actor shared the same photo posted by Instagram account Brands by Bravo on his page but did not say where she got the idea from, the fan page called her out for refusing to credit her for having created the meme as a co-star, Lisa Rinaweighed.
On October 19, Brands by Bravo shared the post below, which included their comparison between the RHOBH cast members and Robyn and the Pink Ladies as well as a collage of the two female groups.
An hour later, Erika shared the post below.
In a screenshot shared by the Best of Bravo page on instagramBrands by Bravo was seen asking Erika for credit for the image before receiving a response which the Best of Bravo page deemed “so rude”.
“Hey. This is my picture! Can you credit me [please]?” Brands by Bravo asked Erika under her post.
“Actually, it’s not your photo. It’s Bravo and Paramount photo but ok. Meme cute though,” Erika replied.
“I know that. But the meme and the caption was my idea,” the Instagram account shared. “I’m a huge fan of yours and almost fainted when I saw you post my meme. I just wanted credit for that. And in my post I credited Bravo for the photo. Thank you!”
After being accused of stealing the meme, Erika told the Instagram page that she didn’t deserve the credit because the ideas shared in their post weren’t theirs and again said the images don’t belong to them. not.
“The way to get more ‘credit’ for your ‘ideas’ is to come up with your own and stop leaving comments on my page about how you feel aggrieved. These images don’t belong to you. Now, go do some cool stuff that I can promote,” she said, adding that it was Kyle Richards who took the photo of her and Lisa.
“Be happy, people will now check out your page. Isn’t that what you wanted? Credit? Well, that’s it,” Erika continued.
Then, after the fan page suggested their feud with Erika was about “as exciting as this final season of RHOBH“, cheered Erika again.
“Actually, both are boring. It’s not a quarrel but a lesson that YOU don’t own other people’s pictures and then want ‘credit’ for them,” Erika said.
In addition to not giving credit to Brands by Bravo, Erika actually edited her original caption to reflect a photo credit to Kyle and said in another comment that “no one deserves credit” because every photo was ” stolen”.
Following her long feud in her Instagram comments, Erika took to her Instagram stories, where she reposted a post shared by one of her fans and followers, which featured an image of the RHOBH cast member licking a lollipop and made it clear how she felt about the feud.
“Still not fucked up,” the caption read.
Lisa also shared her thoughts on the feud after seeing a recap of the drama posted by Bravo’s comments.
“Well our memes are breaking the internet. Always. You’re welcome bravolady, you had some great fucking content,” she told the fan page.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11 is currently in production and is set to premiere on Bravo next year.
