While it shouldn’t appear in Spider-Man: No Path Home, the fandom has fun theorizing about what this mysterious blockbuster could include. While some fans believe that Spider-Man: No Path Home will feature three versions of Peter coming together, which is certainly not what they had in mind. Rather than Peter Parker, we rather see Deadpool 2‘s thief of the same scene name flying to save the hero from Tom Holland. But we all know what happened the last time he tried to parachute at the scene.

Peter was played by Rob Delaney in Deadpool 2, and was one of Wade Wilson’s recruits to form the hapless X-Force. He died along with most of the party while attempting to parachute on his first mission, though Deadpool hilariously returned to save him during the time travel credits scene. Now the question is, when will Peter actually return to the big screen?
As mentioned earlier, there are a ton of rumors about exactly what will happen when Spider-Man: No Path Home hits theaters in December. The pictures and limited information confirmed that a number of villains from the previous two franchises would appear, most notably Alfred Molina’s Doc Ock. Given the multiverse at play, many fans are hoping to see Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield reprise their roles as Spider-Man in No way home. It was contradicted by the figures like Garfield himself, but some moviegoers aren’t convinced. It’s clear that blockbuster anticipation is at its peak, which should likely translate into a strong box office performance.
As for Deadpool’s future in the MCU, that also remains a mystery for now. Ryan reynolds has been in contact with Marvel, but there haven’t been any concrete announcements. Although he did technically making his debut in the franchise appearing in a short film alongside Taika Waititi’s Korg.
